To the entire Guru community:

It's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this site, Guild Wars Guru, will be shutting down on July 1st and will remain in Archive Mode. Over the past 11 years, we've become, and continued to remain, the #1 fansite for Guild Wars, and it's all because to you guys. Without such a strong and passionate community, Guru would have never made it this far and so we thank you for that.

And while we will be saying good-bye to our home here, we will continue to host forums for the GW community over at our sister site, Guild Wars 2 Guru. In fact, you are more than welcome to head on over now and begin posting. If you have any threads you'd like to transfer over, now would be the time.

Okay, this is something I've been exploiting for awhile, but I think it's about time to come out with it. Alot of people may know of this already. Most NPCs in the faction battles can be attacked from a distance and while they will use skills, they won't actually attack. This is mostly a weakness for the ranger NPCs, who have no damage skills aside from attacks which they won't do if they're at the edge of your agro circle. In the case of warriors and eles, you can start attacking one and only the one you attacked will be agroed while the others just stand there. Anyway, while the stupidity of NPCs has earned me many a victory, I feel it's a little inbalanced. /signed
